Qualifications

- Licensed Commercial Realtor in Alberta (www.reca.ca) or in British Columbia (www.bcfsa.ca) with a minimum of 1 year of full-time residential or commercial sales experience in a real estate brokerage in Alberta and/or British Columbia.
- Must have closed 3 or more real estate transactions in the past two years in an Alberta brokerage and/or British Columbia brokerage . Sales records are required for the application.
- Minimum of 15 years of full-time work experience, with at least 5 years in Alberta and/or British Columbia, which does not have to be in the real estate industry.
- No REAL ESTATE SALE experience is required. If you are fluent in Korean, Vietnamese, Mandarin, or Cantonese, have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Alberta, and/or British Columbia, and can provide two references from Alberta, and/or British Columbia, with a minimum of 20 years of work experience. We will train you if you meet all our requirements.
- Appraisal and Property Management experience is an asset but not required.
- Second language skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, Hindi, Vietnamese, Arabic, Korean, Italian, etc.) are an asset but not required.
- Must be motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Should be able to handle a high volume of paperwork and have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be a team player, capable of collaborating with other associates to achieve mutual benefits.
- Client-focused with the highest level of professionalism and standards.
- One reference from Alberta and/or British Columbia is required on your application, and the reference should have a minimum of two years of working experience with you in Alberta and/or British Columbia.
